Noisy but cools down my room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the unit is quite noisy, I appreciate the many different modes it can be set to. I wish I had gotten the 8,000 BTU as it might have cooled more of my space.

Works great and so quiet!

This is my 4th window unit and it is by far the quietest one. Cools the room very well. I only wish they would ask for reviews after a year and you can truly try it out.

Hello! We are sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations with your air conditioner. If your room does not feel cold enough, room temperature below 60°F (16°C). Cooling may not occur until room temperature rises above 60°F (60°F)
further more, Temperature sensing element touching cold coil, located behind air filter. To resolved this, you may straighten away from coil. Also, listen for compressor to restart when set in the COOL mode. Compressor shut-off by changing modes. Wait approximately 3 minutes and listen for compressor to restart when in the COOL mode.
