We're sorry to hear of the issues encountered. How are you normally cleaning your grill? We recommend a nylon brush and warm soapy water or biodegradable grill cleaner. Seasoning the grates with canola oil will also help to keep food from sticking and prevent rust. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

We bought the grill in April and have enjoyed it. This is our first gas grill and we like the fact that we don't have to light the charcoal and wait for it to burn off the starter fluid and reach cooking temperature, it also allows for easy temperature control.
