User Friendly, Touchless Stainless and Great Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this particular microwave based on high reviews, simplicity of operation, touchless stainless steel fingerprints and price. Only had it a few weeks, but install was fast and functions as expected. I have only one complaint, which is the underside light. While bright enough, it is my opinion it is mounted too far to the back, providing a little less light on the front stove burners. My preference would be that it be mounted closer to the front in a split design to distribute lighting more evenly (my old Samsung had this feature). Otherwise, so far I'm happy with my purchase.

We love the quick time buttons, the ability to turn off the turn table and that you are able to adjust the alarm/ beep. We are hoping this microwave lasts much longer than our previous one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would never purchase this Whirlpool microwave again. The worst part is the beep it makes when the food is finished is soooooo low that you have to be standing right in front of it to hear the beep. In all the microwaves I have ever owned, I have never had one where the beep wasn't loud enough that I couldn't hear it in the next room. Another thing I do not like is the lighting, especially underneath the microwave. You can hardly see what is happening on the stove. The inside light is the lowest I have ever seen as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

EASY TO INSTALL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the new one, replacing an older model Whirlpool microwave. It was the same wall bracket so no changes needed to be made, speeding up the process. It took a short time to get used to the different controls, but easy to follow. Some have complained about the end of cycle tone, but we like it since it is quieter.
