Won’t buy Whirlpool again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve already written a review mentioning that the power is great but the inside light is so low you can’t see into it and the outside light is set back so far back that it doesn’t light up the stovetop except for the back burners. The turntable doesn’t go around( under warranty so hopefully will be fixed), the handle gets really hot if the right front burner is being used. The wrong under cabinet template was sent so we have extra holes in the cab. We had to design our own template. The thing I didn’t mention is that Whirlpool doesn’t include a user manual to its appliances any more, except for installation, not with the new microwave or online and it’s not always “self explanatory” as I was told.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfection!

My new one is fabulous—even has some additional features that I’m enjoying. The new one was pricey, but worth every penny.

It hard to warm anything under 30 seconds

Not Happy!

Fan is very loud! I don't like the fan comes on automatically every time you use it even if it is for only 30 seconds. I would return it if I hadn't spent half a day installing it. My dog doesn't like the chime instead of a beep. I will try UTUBE to see if I can get rid of the fan! This review is for microwave model #WMMS3330RZ.

Great microwave but ……WATCH AN INSTALL VIDEO!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave for about a month now. Waited to give an honest review. Installation was challenging only because I made it that way. I tried to just install it without instructions because I’m a fix-it kinda guy and thought it would be simple but it only led to frustration. There are proper and systematic ways to install this microwave and once I went back and watched a video it all made sense. If you do not have a vent to the outside there is no need to bother with the fan because it’s already set up to vent down through the microwave. Don’t make that hard. Use the template, tape it up, mark your holes. Use a bigger drill bit than you would think because you need to have a little “wiggle” room to hit the hole with the bolt. The microwave looks great, finish is beautiful and it’s pretty easy to use. Has a lot more settings or programs than my previous microwave did. Hopefully this one lasts as long as it did.
