Good look and great functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Samsung model, and so far I love my new one. The installation instructions were straightforward, and I didn't encounter any issues during the setup. The front panel operates a bit differently than the Samsung model, but after just one day, it’s easy for anyone to learn how to heat up their meals.

Lots of features, but some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave looks great and works well. Two issues for me: I can't hear the high-pitched timer tone, even at the highest setting, and the smooth surface shows all fingerprints. Learning to use to built-in programming is taking time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
