[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago. Not bad microwave, we replaced with similar one. My only problem with this unit is the defrost is very loud and runs all the time. I do have to hit the buttons more than once sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new microwave. The lighting is fine and the sensor actually works. The glass front does show everything however! Also I still haven’t been able to print a manual. The information provided is not complete enough. It also needs to show how to set the clock and how to work the reheat option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If your countertop microwave's turntable is not rotating, it can cause uneven cooking. Before calling for service, check these common, simple fixes:
1. Is the turntable properly installed?
The turntable must be correctly and securely seated on the support ring to engage the motor.
Placement: Ensure the turntable is right-side-up and centered on the coupling/hub.
Support Ring: Verify the wheeled support ring is correctly placed in the cavity floor's indentations.
Operation: The turntable is designed to rotate in either direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise) for even heating. Never operate the microwave without the turntable and its support correctly in place.

2. Is the turntable alternating its rotation?
Alternating rotation direction (one way on one cycle, the opposite on the next) is normal operation, not a malfunction. The direction varies based on the motor's start point. As long as it is spinning, it is working correctly.
3. Has all packaging material been removed?
Protective shipping materials can obstruct movement.
Inspection: Check the turntable, support ring, and center hub/coupler for any plastic, tape, or Styrofoam.
Hub Tape: Any protective tape on the center turntable hub/coupler must be removed.
Cavity: Ensure the cavity floor is clean and free of debris where the support ring rests.

A little critique

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far unit is working correctly. However, who ever made the decision to transpose the Start plus 30 and Stop/ Cancel buttons make no sense, especially when everyone is use to the old positions.
