Awesome OTR Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago to replace a Kenmore that was going out and after researching several different units, and am so glad I did! The features are awesome, love the sensor cooking, and am still learning about this microwave!

There are a couple of things that could improve product;
1- would help if input panel was backlit as difficult to read.
2- inside light needs to be brighter for better visibility thru glass.
3- the beep is low despite adjusting when it is ready.

It's a dud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a new microwave in my home and it's quite disappointing. It does not evenly heat food and you have to put dishes from the fridge on about 5 mins for it to be hot all the way through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

were extremely helpful. I thought all microwaves had sounds. Otherwise, the machine works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would have been nice if an owner's manual was provided. Nope. Whirlpool just wants you to press buttons until you either figure it out or break it, in order to buy another one. Unimpressed!
