Nice features easy to use

Microwave works well but make sure you examine it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works well. However, it took me several months to install it due to circumstances. There is a stain defect on the front from where the tape was and there is no way to remove the mark. Unfortunately, only thirty days from purchase to deal with anything cosmetic so I am stuck with the defect and am disappointed.

No real operating instruction

Recently purchased this and I like the look of th microwave.
However, the operating instructions for this model are pitiful! The "Owners Manual" is 19 pages of installation instruction and a half page of cleaning instructions. The Quick Start Guide is 1/2 page of instruction. This microwave is slightly different from my previous ones so I guess it's all on-the-job self training. Seems like it would have a brief explanation of the different preset cooking modes.

Great design, very efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced the existing Whirlpool Microwave that lasted 10 years. Used the same bottom mount and top screw holes were the same so it was a 15 minute removal and install. All of our appliances are Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're so happy with our Whirlpool microwave! After 40+ years of a microwave in the kitchen, you really notice when it's not there. We trusted the Whirlpool brand name and purchased this one as a replacement for another OTR model. The installation instructions were easy-to-follow, and though we don't need many bells or whistles, this one came with a few we can consider. Only one downside (from my perspective). I can't hear the notifications. Completely out of my hearing range. So, I add a bonus upside and say it's really quiet!
I would recommend this to a friend!
