[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces an older Whirlpool unit of 20 years and has all the same features plus some. It ws so esy to inslall since all the old mounting hardware still fit.........Thanks a bunch!
Also, the stainless steel outer shell matched the rest of my appliances.

Great microwave except for the alarm chime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new Whirlpool microwave... except for one thing. The alarm chime is at such a high pitch that I can barely hear it and my husband can't hear it At All! Who's bright idea was that, pitching it so high that only the family dog can hear it??? You do realize that as people age and their hearing deteriorates gradually that the high tones go first. Whoever designed this needs to take a class in audio and learn what sounds are easy for people to hear. It really is extremely annoying. Other than that, the microwave is great.
