Not At All Happy

This may be a great microwave, but I have no way of knowing. Not everybody can use the demo mode to operate this microwave. Very disappointing that Whirlpool does not care about people that are not computer savvy. I used to buy Whirlpool products, but never again. I finalling found where I can print 46 pages of instructuons on how to operated this microwave. Got that...I have to print up the manual. It took me close to an hour to talk to one person, live chat and go through just about every word written to finally, by accident find the place where i can print the manual.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Working good but havn’t had long enough to give a real review. I bought to replace a better model Whirlpool that only lasted 5yrs.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our Whirlpool when it quit. The old one was a great microwave, as this one is also. The best part, the install matched exactly all the holes and bracket to the old one. Highly recommend this microwave.

Terrible features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was identical to my last whirlpool microwave. After purchasing and having it installed I discovered the controls are terrible. For example in order to cook/heat anything you must hit time cook then the time then start. When done you must answer if you want an additional 30 seconds. All I wanted was to simply enter a cook time and start. And have the capability to turn off all noises.

Annoying feature
