[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the way the microwave looks in my kitchen. Works well. Two small complaints. Bell that rings at completion of cooking is almost too quiet to hear. Manual does not give operating instructions. Had to figure out some features on my own.

Problem with sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the previous model an I was happy. The new one is good except for the sound, as they all are high tone which I can not hear. Thought the tones did not work so a requested a service call. Technician said there is nothing wrong with them. If you can not hear the high tones do not buy it. I wish they Han. It changed this
