[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the product one month, with no issues. Like the appearance and features given the reasonable purchase price. I would give it a 5 rating if I still felt this way 3-4 years from now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model because it was similar to our last one. We liked our previous one because of the features and how it worked better. BUT it was discontinued so we settled for this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microwave Timer is too quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave function is fine, but the microwave timer's beeper is almost inaudible (too quiet) even on the high selection. It is hard to hear in the Kitchen and virtually impossible in other rooms of my house. My previous 13 yr old Whirlpool (GMH6185XVS2) microwave's beeper was significantly louder and could easily be heard in the entire house. I lliked it and would hve kept it if the magnatron had not failed. Seems like Whirlpool cost cut this feature at the customers dismay.
