Lots of features, but some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave looks great and works well. Two issues for me: I can't hear the high-pitched timer tone, even at the highest setting, and the smooth surface shows all fingerprints. Learning to use to built-in programming is taking time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good look and great functionality

The installation instructions were straightforward, and I didn't encounter any issues during the setup. The front panel operates a bit differently than the Samsung model, but after just one day, it’s easy for anyone to learn how to heat up their meals.

Needs to have a timer you can heso

Pretty good value for function

Our 25 year old Kenmore that died perfectly popped microwave popcorn bags.
Not so this one. I have popped only a few bags with varying results.
These happened to be 3.3oz bags.
The first bag, the microwave continuously said it was sensing until I canceled it
after corn stopped popping a few seconds.
The second time, it got to the countdown stage but was still at about 20 seconds
when the corn stopped popping and I canceled it.
So, no confidence in sensor cooking.
Other than popcorn, we probably do not care.

Also, when it finishes normal cooking, the display remains in an active display prompting for input of more time for new or express start instead of returning to clock time. It does eventually time out back to the clock time but this is not typical microwave behavior. There should be a setting to control whether you want it to go right back to clock or stay like it does now for a while.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great overall microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the microwave oven is Great. Only complaint is it gets fingerprints on it really easy. But seems like all microwaves do, so its not criticism, just wish they made one that didn't get smudges on it so much.
