Makes a great cup!

I bought this about three months ago, and I honestly don’t know how we lived without it before. There’s nothing like a fresh cup of hot coffee, and this makes it so easy. Simple to use, easy to clean, and works great. Highly recommend!

Overall I'm pleased with this appliance. The coffee temperature is excellent, no more lukewarm coffee! It is relatively quite and has plenty of customization options for coffee drinks. Using coffee grounds is cumbersome, I would have preferred a separate compartment to put in the grounds instead of having to remove the entire lid from the coffee bean reservoir. At this price point I would have expected that when the water reservoir is empty, the machine would allow time to fill it and then finish preparing the drink rather than dumping the grounds immediately. My prior less expensive machine did that.
