Plastic Heaven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Be aware that it’s made of mostly plastic.Even the lines where hot water goes through. Just think of the amount of microplastics every time you make a cup of coffee. I’d like to see this redesigned with less plastic parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great value for quality machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research into super automatics before purchasing the KF7 at the insiders pass discount. At the reduced price I think it provides the best quality to value over other brands. I like how solid it feels, the fact that it is made in Switzerland, and the overall sleek look. We’ve been using the machine for about a month now, and have made several drinks daily during that span and have been impressed by the range of drinks, especially the milk drinks it can make. Coming from an older Saeco machine, the KF7 has certainly been an upgrade!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Game changer

Best coffee on a regular basis, delicious lattes and cappuccinos and perfect espresso. My grandsons love the heated milk and frothed milk for their hot chocolate. Every aspect has been designed perfectly.

Great machine with full suite of features

I previously bought the Bosch 800 Series Verocafe (which is priced similarly to this machine) and I was so disappointed with the purchase that I almost didn't want to try another automatic coffee machine at all. I'm so glad I did because this machine blows the Bosch out of the water. It makes a great espresso, froths milk really well, looks sleek, and makes the full suite of drinks I would want from a machine like this. My one complaint is that the milk foam can't get as hot as it would if you were steaming it by hand, but this is easily solved by preheating my cups with boiling water first. My partner doesn't bother with this step and enjoys his drinks just fine, so you may not even notice this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic Coffee - Better than Jura

The only problem is that I've had to cut back a bit on my coffee consumption because this makes such a better and stronger cup of coffee. I love the different combinations that are available with the frother.

I’ve been using the KF7 for a few weeks now and I’m impressed. It truly is 'fully automatic'—from the grinding to the milk frothing. The espresso is rich and has a perfect crema every time.

I experience with this company very bad experience it's been more than two weeks I am trying to order coffee machine with out no reason the been canceling i have been a customer with this company more than 13 years never have problem . I am so disappointed 😞
