[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 year ago and had problems 6 months or less after owning.
I’ve had 6 parts put into this washer and had 3 service technicians that don’t know what they are doing and trying to repair. It is still not fixed since last repair . Whirlpool refuses to replace it. Service technicians couldn’t even figure out how to remove the cover and dented it. It has to be replaced. They stripped screws and had to replace parts.

Do not buy!!!

This washer starts running by itself. It is in our camper and we returned a month later and the washer was running with the door open. I am surprised it did burn our camper up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a weird washer. There is only one water input on this machine. Never seen that before. The wash cycles are pretty long. The heavy duty cycles goes for 1 & half hrs. RIDICULOUS. It does wash the clothes pretty well but don't be in a rush as the washing cycles are long. The rise Cycle is pretty violent and loud. I would not recommend this machine..

New washer in new motorhome. Have had to replace the control board twice.
Now out of warranty, what are you going to do whirlpool with all these defective washers? How about a recall? Or class action suit may be coming your way!
