I bought this washer 11-10-23 and used it 1 time and when I went to use again and the door would not open. I tried everything in the troubleshooting manual and it still will not work. I had to manually open the door and tried resetting the washer. It turns on but only makes a humming sound.

I have this crap.... after 13..14 months it stopped working.... and hard to press the buttons nothing is good with that machine

Terrible functionality- Constant Glitches

Small washer, great capabilities

Having a touchscreen panel makes me nervous as sometimes the power is finicky, but usually turns on after a few tries. If a load is too light, the machine might not drain well and the clothes come out sopping wet. Otherwise, the compact machine does very very well!
I would recommend this to a friend!
