Machine worked fine until after less than 5 years the bearing broke.

Turned on by itself and won't shut off

Our RV washer suddenly turned on by itself. We had just turned on the battery to the coach and it started running. We tried to turn it off, but it would not reset. It sounds like a water pump is running, so we connected the water line to it in hopes that the cycle would complete itself, but to no avail. We had to finally shut off the circuit breaker to stop the machine. I saw a similar post from another RV owner having the exact same problem. Seems like a circuit board is faulty with this unit and that it is a manufacturing problem. The unit is only 3 years old and used not more than a few dozen times since it is in a motorhome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to reset the circuit breaker about every 3-4 washes because the machine WON'T turn on until I do that.
I am disappointed that I can not use any bleach.

Just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was delivered August 13, 2024. They brought one a couple weeks before and it didn’t work so had to reorder and got this one. My previous washer was a Maytag compact washer and it lasted 181/2 years. So far I am not optimistic about this washer lasting five years. The power on button doesn’t always start when touched. I do the touch for three seconds like the book instructions say and sometimes it starts immediately and other times I have to try several times. Bad panel? Poor quality? Who knows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Much quieter than my old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for six weeks now, it was a replacement for my 14-year-old 24 inch washing machine. Works really well, seems to get the clothes clean. It’s a lot quieter than my old model was, and seems to use less water.

Touch panel is not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine for my 5th wheel. It's the exact same machine that was in my 5th wheel when I bought it brand new. The only issue I have with this one and the previous one is the touch panel. The buttons to turn on and to start a cycle are hard to engage. I have to sit there and press them over and over and over to get it to start. I've tried pressing hard and light and no difference. Other than this frustrating part, the machine runs great.

Piece of junk

I bought a 2.0 cu whirlpool washer and it's now 9yrs. The machine is a piece of junk. Several times I had problem with clothes soaking wet.
Tonight I had to wring water out of my clothes. This is annoying.
