[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that this particular product has the a reputation of breaking down sooner rather than later. So far, I have had no problems during the almost 4 months that I've had it. The only things that is bothersome is the on/off switch which can be kind of finicky. With all the technology I kind of worry that it could easily breakdown. Otherwise I am enjoying it so far. Stacks fine with my older dryer of the same size so good to know that I don't have to buy both a washer and dryer. I learned the hard way that if there are circuit board problems, the more affordable thing to do is to get a new machine as compared to getting it fixed. My last one lasted about 6 years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit at an overstock outlet to out on my RV. We full time so we wanted a reliable washer. Washer worked well but vibrates violently when spinning and is now stuck in drain mode. We have cleaned the drain filter and gone through the troubleshooting guide with no success. Tomorrow I will be taking the door and frame off the washer closet to extract the unit and further investigate. Hopefully I can find and fix the problem.

We bought a 2020 RV 15 days ago and on the 6 load of clothing we washed my wife noticed that when she too the cloths out and asked did these ever start. I was unsure and she washed them again. The wash went fine and she then switched them to the dryer. We went outside so the kids could play and we came back inside to eat dinner and my wife went to start another load in the washer and said the door is stuck on the washer. It was locked and when the power is on it goes to a drain cycle. So I thought maybe a clog. So I opened the drain port on the bottom right and some water came out. But not a lot. So I unplugged the washer let it set over night and plugged it in again around 8:30 in the morning and the turned the power back on. And it did the same thing. Called whirlpool and was on hold for 45 minutes waiting on someone to answer and when they did the person asked for the model number and said she had to transfer me because the number in the owners Manual was for the mainline not the RV line. So here goes another 30 minutes of wait time. The customer service rep schedule an appointment for someone to come look at it but if they needed parts it could take a few weeks. So now I have to go out somewhere to wash my cloths. I can understand problems but come on is your Craftsmanship that low that after 15 days it breaks. I guess the only good thing is it’s still under factory warranty. Maybe you should consider giving a longer warranty because all I see is a lot more problems with this unit.

This washer just one year old, now starting problems. The washer was running and suddenly stop and the light was on. Doesn't matter if I unpluged and reset, nothing works and couldn'd unlock the door.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, we are on our 2nd one. Our home manufacturer brought us a replacement after the first one stopped working in the first 3 weeks of having it. We have had our 2nd one for about a week and it is doing the same thing as the last one, which is NOT washing clothes. We will be looking at getting a different machine.
