It's already Broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this wash machine and dryer brand new for our RV. The washer will not work. it self starts on its own with the door open. Whirlpool cannot find a repairman to fix it. We have to take it out of the RV and take to a repair station. Hopefully when i send the receipts in in I get reimbursed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer is like brand new, came with our camper that is just a few months old. I’m having same issues as the review by Latoy. Been on hold in the phone que for over 30 minutes and have spoken to no one. So whirlpool, don’t reply with giving you a call at some 1-800 #. A direct line phone # would be appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact enough to accommodate small spaces for condo living for one or two people. Wouldn’t recommend fir a family. Load capacity is small. However it works well with my ventless dryer

small size- big results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine for its size. I needed it to fit under a counter in my condo. although it is small, it delivers big results. Easy to hook up. a bit expensive, but for me it was worth it since it was like a "custom fit" for my laundry space

Sophisticated Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine has many features, cycles and options. The digital interface is usable but needs some time and review to figure out. This is not for someone who wants a simple to use machine. But the many cycles and options should meet anyone's cleaning requirements. Also, it is very attractive machine. I appreciate only needing a single cold water feed line as the machine heats it's own water as needed.

Failed after three uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It completely stopped working after three loads of laundry. Turns out the control board failed and a replacement had to be sent. I waited a week for that, and then the repairman put it in and it was a dud. So, we waited another week for ANOTHER replacement control board, which did work. I think the manufacturer should send out two parts for replacement in case one is a dud, so that the customer isn't left waiting for a longer period of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
