Good Washer but…

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer has been effective however dealt with door locking on me and had to get it repaired within 6 months. Seems it was a board issue and software needed upgrading. Hopefully do not need to deal with anymore upgrades.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife does not like this all in one unit. She is used to separate washers and dryers. Always telling me that it takes to long for a load and sometimes when finished load is not dry. We have no problems with its operation. Just a big change.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The right size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frustrating! I have to repeatedly tap the power symbol on the control panel before I hit the right spot to turn it on.
Also, the problem of how to mix hot and cold water had not been resolved. My plumber installed a gadget , but the installation of it meant I wasn’t getting hot water from the kitchen faucet. He has to come back again to resolve that.

Nice Machine

Work well when it works...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this compact whirlpool washer and dryer set for my live in RV. Everything worked great, until I used the Tumble Cycle on the washer... Tumble cycle is for when you start the washer and know you're not going to be back for a couple of hours and the washer will continue to tumble to keep load from mildewing. Well, the tumble cycle completely locked the washer up to where it's stuck in the middle of the cycle and the door wont open. I read the trouble shooting techniques in the owners manual and tried every option Whirlpool gave to both open the door and reset the washer. NONE worked. So, I called a technician out to see what the issue is. Still waiting on technician for 2 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
