Terrible product for the money

Do not buy this range. It has a lot of issues, one being the burners don’t light. Ours clicks for 15 seconds or longer before lighting. The range takes forever to heat a pan, the flames are so tiny. Our large oven works sometimes, the small oven when attempting to light, it lights up the big oven. Overall I’m very disappointed for the price. It looks commercial but is very poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's fine

I've had this range in light blue for two years and use it daily. The color is my favorite part. Overall it works very well, but the rubber "feet" on the burners started coming off soon after we got it. The stainless steel on the front scratches very easily, just clean it carefully. We have a few burners that take a while to start, sometimes we use a lighter to get them going. There are some cracks and crevices that are a bit difficult to clean. It looks beautiful and is overall a great range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are getting accustomed to our new stove. The ovens are still taking longer to bake, but it seems to be improving slowly. Over all, we do love it! And it is a truly beautiful stove and the focal point of our new kitchen!

Oven issues

I bought this range about 18 months ago. Love the appearance and range top. After about 14 months we put the large oven on self clean and it overheated to the extent of partiality melting the plastic switch for the oven light. Oven no longer works. Have tried numerous times to contact Kitchenaid but unsuccessful. Used the Kitchenaid app, but went to the USA. They contacted me and referred me to one more number at Kitchenaid Canada, but again no answer or response. Overall extremely disappointed with the service for a “high end” appliance.

It has some solid features

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have owned this range for 2 months now in my new home. I love the stovetop although sometimes some burners can be slow to light. The dual ovens is a great feature but the smaller oven is quite small so not as useful as I had hoped. Both ovens aren’t deep enough to put a pizza box in so that’s not great. The fan started making some really weird noise yesterday so that had me concerned but hopefully it won’t continue and I won’t have to call a repair person. The wifi feature is nice, when it works, but often when I go to preheat an oven from my phone, the connection has been broken somehow and then I have to manually do it. Not a big deal but as soon as it is preheated, the connectivity in the app seems to return which makes no sense to me. Not having digital displays takes some getting used to but I am hoping it’s one less thing to go wrong. I have to use my phone to set timers but that’s fine. I haven’t tried out the griddle yet.

Nice but.....

I'm just worried if this is in the beginning what issues will I have down the road..

Delivery is over a year late

I ordered a scorched orange 48” dual fuel range last April - 2022. The ETA at the time of ordering - verified by Kitchen Aid - was May 2022. The ETA has continuously changed since. They are now saying July. I have little faith. With such terrible reviews on this product & the lack of integrity of the company, I am regretting this purchase decision. Actively looking to source an alternative option - definitely not Kitchen Aid.

Awful stove

Bought this stove for my brand new build. Since day one the front right burner would not ignite. Tech out 5 times. Ordered several parts( all on backorder) and now two burners do not work and the tech broke one of the knobs! Had no front burners to cook on for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Tech came out again this week, said it worked. nope just pours out gas! now the large oven is leaking water out the top of the door! no wonder they sell an extended warranty, been almost a year and stove still not fixed!!
