Replacement parts not kept in stock after 7 years.

Parts are not kept longer than 7 years after manufacture. If you expect your oven to last longer than 7 years, this is not the one. Computer chips malfunction and cannot be replaced. Do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having my Jenn Air die on Thanksgiving Day, I had to decide fix it or buy another. Made the mistake of them fixing it. Turns out, it couldn't be done as the part needed was welded on the stove. As this was a big ticket item just before Christmas, was happy to find out KitchenAid made one similar at less cost...so happy I did, I love this stove! I love the features and how it looks, there is nothing about it I don't like. As for cooking on the stove or in the oven, well I think it made my cooking better!!! Thank you KitchenAid for saving my sanity!
I really want to love this range I was excited to use the griddle My first issue is oven doesn’t cook evenly, I have to rotate the pan so the back doesn’t over cook. The griddle mainly heats up in the center, the heat is not evenly distributed. Food gets stuck to it so I don’t use it. I would like to know if I can convert the griddle into burners because I can’t enjoy the griddle. I might love this product more.
Have had and used six months and it’s been great. No issues. Love that the power burner can also be the simmer burner! Thoughtfully designed throughout for big features and little details, and easy to keep clean. We found the WiFi hard to set up but we got it done and appreciate the app and temp probe.
I bought it, and in a month it started to smell like gas when we used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this in February for a new home we finished building. We had this in our previous home and loved it so much, we bought it again. That should tell you all you need to know!
If I could give this product a -10 I would. This is one expensive piece of JUNK, After 2 years the small sides heating element started making noise and it took a good bit of time to warm up. 6 months later it went completely out. The service person now tells us the they no longer manufacture this heating element and it cant be found anywhere. Customer service has been rude and not helpful. How are they still selling a product that doesn't have replacement parts available?? How are you selling a product you don't have replacement parts for after only 2 years????
