Replace an old side by side GE prof after 18 years with this model. I love the counter depth ,I can see everything. The lights, alarm , door indoor is perfect for our needs. Mpore room in my kitchen , this thing is beautiful,

Storage if very limited

We have owned (and still do) a number of GE products. Still trying to figure out this fridge. Storage is a problem and weird sounds another. The door in door unless you close very hard doesn't snap back into place.. just not as satisfied as hoped to me

We'd love this appliance but I am pretty disappointed with the locker from the first door. You have to slam the door to close it. The locker is very poor material. It looks like it's plastic. I was expecting something better for the price of this appliance. Honestly, I have hesitations to recommend it to a friend because I am afraid that it is going to break at any time. Poor quality.

From the outside refrigerator looks nice but performs poorly. Took days to cool down when new and recovers very slow when doors are opened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hope this one lasts more than 2 months

3rd fridge in two years , this replaces the last one after the compressor went in 2 months ! Took months of not having refrigerator for GE to final replace , nightmare for two years.
So far so good on the new fridge , although it made a lot of noise till it with was filled up , not worth the price IMO.

Overall we love this new fridge, the color and features are excellent. The door in the door feature is really nice. Having ice and water in the door is excellent as the old fridge was broken for a year. The led lighting is great. It’s roomier than you would think.

I would recommend GE appliances. I love tge handi door that enables us to reach condiments easily. I do wish the meat & cheese drawers were separate much like the fruit & vegetable trays to prevent the need to open both doors in order to use the drawer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
