[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife elected to have this unit installed in our new home upon construction. It was installed and the unit was damage before arrival. Does not fit well, bottom door is bent on the frame and there is frosting due to leakage in the box. Looks horrible; tech has come out and reported what I just have said. To date after 5 months no replacement very little follow up. All of our kitchen was Kitchen Aid appliances at installation. I won't make that mistake again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought about a month and a half ago. I love the looks of it and love the inside size of fridge. I do however wish the freezer had a little more room. I’m very happy with this purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy after getting this big boy installed. Super quiet. The platinum interior and LED lighting is elegant. Doors and drawers operate smoothly. Nice upgrade over the 19 year old Monogram I replaced.
Have had this refrigerator for about 3 years now. Overall we like it. It was considerably less expensive than a SubZero or Viking but had the features & look we were looking for. Not crazy about the lighting as it seems to shut off too soon when closing the door; I don't know if there is an adjustment for this ...but we can live with it. The issue with the ice maker is the swing arm and plastic flapper that raises and lowers with the wire arm. When the unit fills with ice, it ends up knocking off the plastic piece. It happens probably 2x/month. I don't know if there is a fix for this but it is a hassle to reinstall. The ice drawer itself somewhat cumbersome to remove & reinstall also. See photo....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator to replace a 16 year old built in that died. So far we love it! The refrigerator portion is very efficiently designed, I feel like I have more space than my previous one in the shelves, drawers and on the door. The unit is so very quiet! The only negative is the freezer is small.
I bought this to replace my tired 35 year old Sub Zero built-in. It fits perfectly in the space, love the self closing door and the adjustable single shelving. And it is so quiet, I was worried it wasn't "on". One complaint - The directions on the web site and the owner's manual to install the air filter are completely inadequate. It took me a long time to find the opening (under the temperature control center) and the IS NO DOOR or marking to direct its placement. You need to be more clear and do a video for this particular model!!!!
