[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a similar model that had died. Like the stainless steel doors, the interior lighting and the quietness of the compressor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the interior dimensions, lots of space. The drawers and door shelving seem very well made. Packing the refrigerator after a market run is very easy with all of the space considerations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a defect in our refrigerator that could not be repaired. The speed with which it was replaced was impressive. We appreciated the fast and friendly customer service, the crew was on time and were knowledgeable about installing a new refrigerator. We particularly like the redesign of the butter compartment, which keeps the butter from falling out of the shelf. However, we are disappointed that with a quality refrigerator such as this, a simple repair could not be done and the unit had to be replaced.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very expensive replacement since our kitchen has not been updated and the installer thought it would take a crew for guys to install. We replaced it with exactly the same model we had before. The only difference I find is I cannot remove the ice tray or any tray above to clean. We also had to update our electrical to get this unit installed even though the prior unit was exactly the same. That is not the manufacturers problem just to code.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love this refrigerator! I’m replacing the exact same model that lasted almost 25 years. Interior is bright, everything is easily accessible. Soft closing drawer. Just a great refrigerator.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker makes ice, but of poor quality. The ice is dispensed stuck together in strips of four which have to be removed and separated. I expected better quality. Disappointed in Atlanta!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in January, 2025 to replace our previous model bought in 2005. Same design footprint, but “better” ergonomics and design details. The control panel is much simpler to work with and filter installation at the base is a breeze. Centerpiece of our kitchen, we are thrilled to have this in our home. Family and guests have all commented how impressive it is in terms of form factor, design and function.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the only fridge on the market that had the exact same dimensions as the Monogram fridge we needed to replace. The cost was almost the same as the Monogram but it had lower consumer ratings and service issues. At this point, it is too early to tell if this one will last/perform as well as the 22 year old Monogram
The top compartment is difficult to remove and replace but not accessing it very much.
