[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for 6 weeks. The interior drawers are made of cheap thin plastic and faux aluminum. The ice maker only prod 56 small cubes a day per KitchenAid. I’ve had nothing but issues w it. It can be half empty and the ice maker arm in place and still won’t produce ice. But something else.
Worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE KITCHEN AID

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my new build home. The door is visibly crooked by 1/2" . Had service call and tech said it is definitely defective and can NOT be repaired. Called Kitchen Aid and they said that they can see from the technicians photos that it is definitely crooked but after review it was considered an acceptable variance so too bad. If I don't want it I should sell it on Facebook marketplace. I also purchased the 5 year extended warrenty. A lot of good that did me. They wont stand behind their product even when it is brand new abd just installed. Worst experience ever. Do NOT purchase anything from them, if you do once they get your money they don't care!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet, works great, keeps temperature as set. This was an upgrade from a Kitchenaid 25 years old-a 'builtin.' Fits like a glove. All dimensions were exactly as stated. Lighting is cool as well and many compartments for various types of refrigerated goods.
Refridgerator 2-1/2yrs old. All ready replaced 4 lights. And they are not cheap. Worst design ever, they are run in a series, so that if one goes out, 4 lights go out. Nobody would ever set up lighting in a series except Kitchenaid. With this lighting setup, Kitchenaid should repair for free lifetime of Refridgerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not quite sure if this is going to be a fair assessment of this product because we have been waiting patiently since September 2020 for a replacement refrigerator. A replacement was necessary because the interior of the box isn’t square. The replacement was originally quoted as coming in two weeks. It is now February 28, 2021 and there is no replacement refrigerator in sight. Additionally, the two top shelf lights are already burned out, and the filter needs to be changed. Lastly, the ice cubes are generic, awful half moons that get stuck on the side of a glass - I expect a lot more from a refrigerator in this price range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced the exact same model but 20 years newer.....the updates are fantastic! I love it!!!!
