[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy our new fridge much better than the old one which was 35 years old and also was a kitchen aid.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the fridge. We do not lose food in the back of the fridge now and we still have a regular sized freezer. My only complaint is the ice and water dispensers. The ice dispenser spits out small ice chips and makes a mess even on the cubed option. It also makes a weird noise a while after it’s used every time. It took me about a month to figure out where the noise was coming from or what was causing it. The water dispenser is not designed to fill water bottles. I feel they could have done so much better with this design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it has 2 features that are fabulous. One it is huge. 2. it has narrower shelves. Makes it easier to find items stored. ABT was terrific
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always had kitchenaid refrigerators. This one was replacing a smaller version of the built in. Out of all the ones we have had this one is the worst. The ice maker makes ice so slow that it takes 5 days to fill. Then the other day it just stopped making ice. I will reach out to customer service for help. The water dispenser- no fault of KitchenAid but my own is short. Meaning that if you fill up water bottles it is hard to see what you are doing. Yes I use the measured fill which is a good feature but isn’t always correct in the fill. All in all it’s ok but I’m grateful my old KitchenAid refrigerator in the garage still makes ice quickly and efficiently!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced the equivalent model purchased 12 years ago. While we were disappointed that maintaining the old refrigerator was no longer practical, the new model is an improvement and is working well.
bought the earlier model kbsd608ess01 5 years ago. we have had problems with LED lights needing to be replaced. Recently it has been leaking water thru a hole in the tube containing electrical wires, where water obviously should not be. water dripping onto floor when we use the water dispenser and ruining our hardwood floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Fridge so far only problem is the user manual is poor. It is not clear on how to set the temperatures and did not come with a guide. I called and they sent me the same single sheet that did come with it. I found information your site which is in the form of videos and not downloadable. The CSR said she was not aware of that information, she sent only what she had. The web info did not describe or show the temperature setting process or explain what "looping is"
