Not meeting expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few things that are disappointing in this high end refrigerator. The biggest annoyance is how noisy the ice dispenser is. It at first grinds loudly, 75 db measured, as loud as the sound of the ice falling into a glass or metal container. This is before any ice is dispensed. After dispensing, many seconds later, there is another loud grown. The water dispenser is also noisier than expected, and the water is only barely cool.
The very visible digital temperature gauge on the front panel only tells what the set point is. It doesn't tell the actual temperature. On my previous refrigerator, it was the built-in read-out that told me I had a problem. Since this only tells me the set point, which I never change, it is mostly useless. The temperature panel also has four settings for the various crisper drawers, but they are all the same. Changing one changes them all. What's the point? With the refrigerator set at the recommended 37 degrees, vegetable in the middle crisper froze, so I had to raise the whole refrigerator to 39 degrees.
Finally, the raised ridges on the door shelves, while perhaps making the shelf stronger, causes small containers (mustard, ketchup, small soft drinks) to fall over. Very annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a model that was 22 years old. Exact same size! No modifications were needed. New model makes noises when the water fills the ice trays and the freezer seems a little smaller.

Having trouble to control temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new, beautifully fits, a lot of money spent. The vegetables cabinet freezes fresh vegetables and waste money on a daily base now. We have set the temperature to 39, higher than recommended but did not change the situation. Very frustrating and disappointed.

The amount of space is wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love this refrigerator. The temperature stays where it is supposed to, the ice maker is working well. It is very quiet. Overall it is a major improvement over my prior refrigerator. I questioned spending this much on a refrigerator but am enjoying it every day.

Looks great but very finnicky

The touch panel on the water dispenser is very finnicky and some of the buttons don't even work immediately upon install (e.g I can't change the fridge temp or change to crushed ice). I would appreciate if someone would reach out to address the issue.

A very practical and efficient Built-In Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with this product. This was a replacement for a Built in GE Monogram. The design and shelf spaces are very efficient. The overall cooling efficiency in the various compartments is excellent. My only disappointment is with the external digital display. It only displays set temperatures and does not show a read out of what is the actual temperature in the Freezer and Refrigerator compartments. That would be super usefu.
