New 48" built in unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My prior Kitchenaid refrigerator with incandescent light bulbs was much brighter inside. There should be brighter LED lights or more of them inside the fridge and freezer.
There is a lot of heat under the door seals which the prior unit never had. Is this normal or is there a problem with my unit?
The unit is very expensive.

Ice Production Hack

Love the fridge, had the same issues with the ice maker. Here is a hack to help your fridge produce way more ice. Buy a rv fridge fan and get a big pack of D cell batteries. Set freezer temp to minus 8 (max cool) and put the rv fridge fan right under the ice tray and let it do its thing. I get almost double the production of ice!!

It was very easy to install and we love the updated look. The LED lighting is fantastic and we have more than enough space for everything we use.

I don’t really understand the bad reviews on this refrigerator because mine is absolutely fabulous. It is nearly perfect and I am in love with it. For anyone wondering if they should get the print shield… The answer is a resounding yes! There are absolutely no fingerprints and it is a stunning addition to my kitchen.
