Fridge not working

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had this fridge installed 5 weeks ago and it has never worked and has never cooled. I cant tell you if I like any features bc its not working. I have had 3 technicians out and the last one has been working on it for 3 weeks calling the tech line and still cant get it to cool. Customer service is terrible as they keep saying I cant have a replacement until it is deemed unrepairable but no timeline given as to what that means or how many tech calls before they assume that. I had to buy a mini fridge that is sitting in my dining room to get through this helll.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge. I’ll always get a 48”

Awesome fridge! Ver spacious and logically designed for maximum cold food storage. Was thought I wasn’t going to like the gray interior but it. Only wish the tube handles were thicker. But everything else exceeded my expectations. I went with the nirmal stainless steel as printshield looked plastic. It’s a gorgeous compliment to the entire suite of kitchenaid commercial I got with the 48” range, micro drawer and dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Happy with New Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the refrigerator for a month; having waited for a long time due to supply chain issues. I do wish there is a users manual with a schematic/description of all features and how to use them. I have figured out most but miss the manual. e.g. there are multiple settings on the crisper drawer eg. meat, produce. Which one is colder and what is the temperature for each. I have not found this information documented somewhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love this refrigerator. The temperature stays where it is supposed to, the ice maker is working well. It is very quiet. Overall it is a major improvement over my prior refrigerator. I questioned spending this much on a refrigerator but am enjoying it every day.

Having trouble to control temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new, beautifully fits, a lot of money spent. The vegetables cabinet freezes fresh vegetables and waste money on a daily base now. We have set the temperature to 39, higher than recommended but did not change the situation. Very frustrating and disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a model that was 22 years old. Exact same size! No modifications were needed. New model makes noises when the water fills the ice trays and the freezer seems a little smaller.
