Too small, low quality...

The storage space is deceptively small -- we find it difficult to fit all our weekly groceries, there's always multiple piles of groceries stacked upon each other. Further aggravating us is the fact that the ice maker broke after two (2) months of use, and we had difficulty getting GE to service the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could use some better features

We bought this product for the handles, we wanted them to match the ovens. I like the look of GE Cafe line and we settled on the stainless. due to going with stainless I researched many built-in models and ultimately we decided to go with Cafe for the handles. These large refrigerators are almost all the same, very unexciting and very few features that I will use. Wifi? why? One had a camera inside.
I would have loved a quick cool drawer like I saw on some of the less expensive models in the appliance store. A beverage drawer or a place to keep my butter would have been a nice feature.
Also the water streams at the rate of a trickle from the water dispenser.
But my handles match.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far the new refrigerator is beautiful. A little louder than previous. The lighting is much better and it seems to have more space than our 2006 model.

This is a great refrigerator! Price is about $3,000 less than comparable models but had similar features and quality. I installed myself and instructions were spot on. We’ve used to 2 months now and it is great. Interior lighting is great, temp control spot on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

TOO LOUD, NOT SURE IF IT IS WORKING PROPERLY

The fridge is overall amazing BUT it is VERY LOUD! We were not expecting a completely silent fridge BUT for a very high end refrigerator, we were not expecting hearing it multiple rooms away. Maybe we have a defective unit... The good news is that we are pleased with it in all other aspects (other than having to wear hearing protection when the motor is running (#dadjoke).

Water Dispenser and Ice Maker Aren’t Great

Less than 3 weeks after moving into our newly renovated home, the water dispenser went from dispensing water straight down to dispensing it at an angle for no apparent reason, and now it leaks after use. Likewise, when the icemaker fills up and the arm moves in to stop ice-making, the arm “freezes” in place and doesn’t automatically pop out to start making ice again - so we find ourselves with a near-empty ice bin. We’ve put in a service call to our retailer, but this seems odd for a brand new unit. In addition, the whole water dispenser is placed too far back for a typical water glass. If you press your glass or hand against the dispenser arm, you have to position the glass almost tilted outward to make sure the water gets into the glass — and that’s with a tall glass!

Very disappointing. I dont recommend this product.

Within less than 1.5 year of use, I had to call service already 3x, once it stops freezing and refrigerating. I lost food, spent time/hassle to remove all food to the 2nd refrige at the garage and time to open ticket for service. They always ask me to turn off for 24hours, wait to defrost all freezer and turn it again. It seems that there is an issue of air condensation inside the unit, producing ice inside the fan, which make it stop working. The first time, it worked. The second time, they put small pieces of isolation foam inside the motor/fan to avoid producing ice inside of it (which didn't make any difference/made it worst) and at the 3rd time, they replaced the gasket (which held the issue for 4 months). This is a USD10k refrigerator with a serious design/manufacture issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
