Could control the heat better

It's hard to control the temperature. The burner cycles on and off, heating and then cooling. The glass top is always in need of cleaning and if something spills when it is hot it has to be scraped off with difficulty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We'd like to assist you with your cooktop. During the temporary automatic shut-off, the burner will cycle ON (bright red) and OFF (dark) to maintain safe cooking temperatures. This is normal. We replaced an older cooktop with this and it looks awesome with our new quartz countertop! At first I was going to keep the old cooktop but I'm so pleased I upgraded to this one! It's so much easier to use and clean and it's so fast to heat up. We love it!
I had the same cooktop for 5 years ,but dropped a bottle of olive oil on it so had to replace it.I loved the way my old one performed so I purchased the same Model.
The glass top on one of the corners is loose from the metal frame, hopefully that won't be a problem later and the top glass is also off center,
