Could be designed better

The top rack should have angled guides for bowls and the bottom rack should have the plate guides closer together, for smaller plates. Maybe someone that has a family with lots of different sized plates and bowls should design the racks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks so much for the feedback. We're happy to provide some tips on loading your new dishwasher. Please refer to the links below for guidance:
I have had so many issues with having my dishes cleaned with this dishwasher to the point that my roommates and I rather hand clean ours. Not only that but the the spot that you load the dish soap pod in, if you close it like you’re supposed to, your dishes then won’t get cleaned and when the cycle is done the pod will actually be intact and the dishes like I said before will still need cleaning. So if you can get with your builder I highly recommend getting a different brand or at least model or dish washer. Because this one is absolutely terrible.

We appreciate you taking a moment to connect and share your experience. This is something we want to help with. We recommend making sure that your water temperature is reaching 120 degrees F minimum. Also, we will be sharing a link that goes over some more tips. You can check that here: (https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38933).
Recently moved into a new home and thankfully we had the same dishwasher in our previous residence. Works great, cleans everything effectively and efficiently. We love the style and the functionality of the dishwasher.
