Poor design. Silverware rack is just large baskets with no slots. Spacing prongs don’t allow for optimization.

As we continue to make improvements to our appliances, your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments along to our product team to review.
A good basic design. Dishes go in. Dishes come out, only cleaner. We might describe this as their “basic high end”. It’s above their apartment grade machines but far from the top of the line. Call it “the nicest cheap one”.
The clean on the dishes is okay, most of the time they are clean with a little bit of grime left over, even with a prewash. Overall it is very loud, it’s hard to watch TV or have a conversation with the noise
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More than enough space for dishes and so quiet compared to our original one. We can actually take naps in our living room! It also cleans the dishes in one cycle at minimum settings.
I recently purchased the GE dishwasher model GDF510PSR0SS and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The lower and upper dish rack part quickly succumbed to rust, causing damage to my dishes and leaving me thoroughly disappointed in the quality of GE's products.
The rust issue not only affects the aesthetics of the dishwasher but also compromises its functionality. Damaged dishes are not something anyone wants to deal with after investing in a supposedly reliable appliance. It's disheartening to see such a fundamental component fail so quickly and dramatically.
Moreover, this experience has left me questioning the overall quality of GE appliances. As a prominent US brand, one would expect better craftsmanship and durability. However, the reality falls short of these expectations. In comparison to other brands like Bosch, GE's dishwasher pales in comparison, both in terms of quality and reliability.
Given my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of GE dishwashers. Investing in a product that fails to deliver on its promises and compromises the cleanliness of your dishes is simply not worth it. Instead, consider reputable brands like Bosch, known for their superior performance and longevity.
In conclusion, the GE dishwasher fails to meet even the most basic standards of quality and reliability. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by looking elsewhere for your dishwasher needs.
