Rusting Bad

Bottom and top racks are rusting horribly. I looked and I see there is no replacement

Worst dish washer I've ever used!
There are many issues.
To start it does not clean dishes very well, even when functioning properly.
This dish washer latch system has major mechanical issues, it does not stay closed so it will not complete a cycle witout personal modification. Whoever took part in design or approval or distribution of this latch mechanism should be ashamed.
The electrical boards on these washers also frequently go bad, giving customers a myriad of issues to trouble shoot when their washers go bad.
The lower spray arm on my washer also melted and flew off during a cycle when the washer was less than two years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The most important factor when it comes to the cleaning performance is the temperature of your inlet water. We recommend making sure it is reaching 120 degrees F minimum. This helps with dissolving detergent and removing food stains. You can also check your water pressure, very low water pressure keeps the dishwasher from filling or filling enough. The water pressure needs to be between 20 to 120 PSI.

Do Not Buy!

This dishwasher came brand new with my home. Within 1 year, the top and bottom dishwasher racks rusted. The dishwasher rack is not safe to use, and the coating on the racks comes off. Do not buy this dishwasher! Photos attached are current condition.

Poor rack material

After a couple months of use the rack plastic material start coming off and now the racks are rusting

The top and bottom rack rusting out after less than 2 years of owning this dishwasher. I see alot of reviews stating the same. Broken tines and starting to worry about the rusty metal getting on all my dishes. Have had cheaper dishwashers with racks that lasted over 10 years.

Doesnt clean well unless I hand wash dishes first

Our builder opted for this model but it doesn't really, reliably clean dishes unless I have already soaked and hand-washed them first. I'm accustomed to rinsing dishes before loading them, but this dishwasher doesn't seem to do a complete job unless the dishes are scrubbed of any soil and debris first. I've resorted to just washing my dishes by hand.

For the best wash performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Very easy use!

This dishwasher is super easy to use, it’s not complicated all you do is add the pod inside the surface in the middle and you start washing! So easy and if you want them super dry, it has an option to.
I would recommend this to a friend!
