We would like to help you with the washing/drying performance and sound level of your unit. We recommend using a high-quality detergent in tablet or packet form and ensuring that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Additionally, make sure you are loading your items properly by following the steps outlined on pages 11 to 15 of the owner's manual: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--3wSe9zks--/a59b5d15aed1d69ae0bc2b25d1613503520e95e4.pdf

If the upper or lower racks on your dishwasher seem to be sticking or are not rolling out all the way, the most common cause is either a hard water mineral build-up or a build-up of detergent residue. We have provided some troubleshooting tips to help with your dishwasher racks sticking here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988
