Poor cleaning

It doesn’t clean that well . Also the racks are already rusting “both top and bottom rack”. Very Loud and the door seal keeps popping off, so you have to check to and make sure it’s on right before you start it or it will leak.

We're confident our technician would be able to get you taken care of. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we're wishing you the absolute best.
We purchased a new home with this dishwasher installed. The upper spray arm keeps falling off. The plastic was broken and we need to purchase a replacement part before even washing the first load. We also noticed that many parts are discontinued for this model, so it seems like something will break soon and we will have to throw this washer in the trash soon.

This is the product in our new house that the builders install as their package of GE appliances. This dishwasher is very flimsy, and just overall doesn't feel sturdy. I am afraid to fully load it as the wheels barely roll if I do. Also the upright supports in bottom rack have already bent. Waiting for something to break. The Pro to it it does seem to clean well.

Hello there, we're pleased to know your dishwasher is cleaning well, but very sorry you're finding your new dishwasher to be flimsy. This is certainly not the level of quality we hold ourselves to, so we can imagine how frustrating this might be for you.
With that said, we don't expect you to experience any issues, but we'll be happy to pass this feedback along to our team for them to look into. Your review goes a long way in giving us ways to capitalize on improvements, so thank you for sharing.
We're wishing you the best and we appreciate you choosing GE Appliances.
We installed this dishwasher 3 weeks ago and it is already leaking after the third use. GE appliance support impossible to get a hold of. Avoid this brand!!
