Not a fan of this product! The stainless steel is the cheap kind that leaves marks and fingerprints. It is very basic and gets the job done

Not my favorite. Takes to long to run a cycle and then the dishes do not dry completely. Inside of dishwasher still wet. Plus it is loud

1st time use, the dishwasher leaked and had a bad odor. It’s been a month since we last call for maintenance and still no appointment.

What can I say, even on "heavy load" with very few dishes it can't clean properly. It leaves spots (even though I have a water softener) and can't clean off basic stains. More of a dish rinser.

Hi there - While we'd love to congratulate you on your new dishwasher, we are absolutely sorry to hear that it is not cleaning dishes as expected. This is not what we want to hear and can understand how disappointing this can be for you. We truly apologize for this. With that said, we'd love to suggest a few tips so you can achieve the best quality clean.
We suggest to use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. Also, be sure the rinse agent dispenser isn't empty. Using the option Wash TempBoost can also help result in cleaner dishes.
You may learn more helpful tips within the troubleshooting guide on page 19 of your owner's manual here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-1.pdf&_ga=
We sure hope you find this information insightful. Should you have any questions or concerns we are always here to help! -Shayla@GEA
