THE BOTTOM TRAY DOES NOT STAY ON THE TRACK AND THE SILVERWARE TRAY IS VERY HARD TO LOAD IT SHOULD BE ON THE DOOR NOT THE SIDE. THE UNIT FEELS VERY CHEAP AND THE LATCH IS NOT USER FRIENDLY
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very flimsy door! Feels very cheap. Seems to clean ok but just waiting on it to fall apart!

Love it. Only drawback is that the detergent smell lingers...not sure why. It gets everything crystal clean & sanitized.
