Hello- We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your review. Last year we stopped providing paper manuals to help with the environment. But we do have it on the website for you. you just need your model number. to look it up. We will list it here though and it should have the instructions you are looking for. Use and Care manual link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-2.pdf&_ga=2.141119666.1231181878.1678113287-127669505.1668533465
Hope this helps! If there is anything else we can help with in the future, please let us know. Sincerely- Dianna@GEA
The dishes are washed well, but when the cycle finishes, and I open it up a few hours later, the dishes are still wet. We end up having to keep the door open to let them air-dry. Besides this, it is a good product.

Hello. We appreciate you leaving a review, though we regret that you feel the dishwasher is too loud and have had an issue with poor cleaning performance. This isn’t what we would expect, and we regret the inconvenience you’ve had. Your feedback will be shared with our team for review.
While we want to provide as peaceful an experience as possible, the dishwasher will make some noise as it operates. This model is designed to run at about 59 dBA, which is similar to the sound level of moderate rainfall. If it might be helpful, we have more information on what sounds the dishwasher may make in an article on our website, linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16269&_ .
For your cleaning concern, you may want to make sure the water temperature is at least 120 degrees F and the filter isn’t clogged. More details on what to check if the dishes aren’t getting clean are available in the manual on page 19: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-2.pdf&_ . If you’re not able to resolve these concerns and think service may be needed, that department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737 or online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm .
We hope this helps, and we’re always glad to assist if you have any other concerns or questions. -Sarah@GEA
This dishwasher came with our new build: 1. It’s too small for a family of 4. We use a normal amount of dishes. We even use paper plates and bowls often. 2. The rack layout is awful. It’s a very awkward layout that our plates, bowls and cups have a hard time fitting in nicely. 3. Does not dry! Even with the boost on and jet dry added our dishes are never dry.
