Dishwasher sucks and doesn't work

The dishwasher rack has fallen off the tracks since day 1. The seal strips on the sides are already falling off and I've only been using it for 1 month. The bottom rack doesn't slide in or out easily and is a frustrating pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Dishwasher

Basic model with no frills. It's quite noisy when running and nothing special inside for holding dishes, glasses, etc. but does a good job of washing everything. Simple controls with no added options but I like the front location as I read that the top controls can cause electrical problems with moisture which I experienced first hand

It works well, someone in the factory assembled it wrong.
When I opened the door, there was a loud snap and the door spring flew across the kitchen!
