[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is very good. I wish it dried better on a heat dry. The Sani rinse has the best result altho it takes over 4 hours. I do like the top 3rd rack. It has it's own rinse jets but you need to be careful to load utensils so that they dry without pooling water. I do like the adjustable tins to fit various sized dishes and cookware and adjustable racks. For me it's been a little of a learning curve as online manuals are not the most helpful IMO.

Nice looking and very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and is super quiet. I’d give it a 5 but the bottom rack could have a better layout to hold large plates upright. Our plates tend to tip into the ones next to them insisted of staying straight up. Other than that it is a great dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace our 25 year old Maytag and are pretty happy so far. Only thing we noticed so far is that it does not allow us to wash larger cutting boards or sheet pans due to 2nd rack being a bit lower due to 1st rack. Overall, it seems to clean well and dry ok. It is super quiet, can hardly hear it running, which is nice compared to our old Maytag.

Love this Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the previous model for a vacation home last year and all of the things I did not like about that one seems to have been fixed in this one. The biggest difference is the normal cycle only takes 1.5 hours compared to 3 hours on the previous model. The auto door open feature really helps get the dishes the driest of any dishwasher I've had. This new model has prongs that fold to add more functionality in dish placement. And the utensil holder is all one piece making it easier to lift out.

Great dishwasher with a few quirks

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Have been using the dishwasher for about a month, daily, and very pleased so far. Even though it’s the same size as my older kitchenaid, it has space for more dishes In part thanks for the third rack. I’ve been using the Normal Cycle with Heat Dry, with powder detergent and the results have been great. The wash cycle is 2h15m and the door automatically pops open at the end, which allows steam to escape and for fresher air to help dry the dishes. It’s not perfect but we do our loads before bed and everything is fully dry by morning. I found the 3rd rack cleaning performance to be good for cups and bowls, but not so great for utensils. Especially if they have stuck-on food.

Features could be improved
on November 6, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works well and is fairly quiet. What is confusing to me is that the quick cycle is longer than the normal cycle, 1:30 vs 1:55. The soak feature is over seven hours! That uses so much energy! Both of these reasons are why it is four stars. The Samsung I had prior had a quick cycle of under an hour and a soak feature under three hours.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) What can I say...I hate doing dishes!!! But having this Dishwasher has been a time saver for sure. I love the features and the black stainless. I just wish it would load and unload it self too!!! The feature of door opening when its done its cycle is great. No guess work there. There is lots of space for your dishes and pots n pans.
I would never live with out a dishwash...ever!
