Difficult and not user friendly

The lights were difficult to install primarily because of the 4 clips that need to be screwed into every strand of lights. The screws provided do not fit into a standard Philips head bit making it a difficult job when working off of an extension ladder. The other issue is the lights can only be controlled from the GOVEE App. The app is not user friendly, requires an internet connection and is a bit of a PIA to navigate through. There should be an option to use the controller to change light settings. The lights should be brighter or more lights per strand. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Lights were easy to install. I wished they came with the clips that are being sold online and being made with 3D printers. But the lights them self are great very bright and several different premade settings.

The 3m tape doesn't stick

Incredibly bad after the sale service

Purchased their lights and they ghosted me when I tried repeatedly to contact them. Their lights are inexpensive and the level of bad service explains why. Do not purchase their lights unless you're willing to be left in the dark.

Yet another "review"

The lights are great. However, for them to function fully you have to have your phone attached to them 24/7. Even a string of cheap twinkle lights can be put on a cheap timer and function without any phone having to be attached.
