Got this gifted to me for Christmas and I’m now installing them and they are a super big pain to install with boosters that don’t work right and no instructions when it comes to eaves and they only come with sticky tape to stay on permanent. Just not happy at all so far

DIY button on app when selecting white throws pink

We got the 150’ and the 50’ plus additional 16’ add on for back deck and front of house. When doing any time of diy on the app and selecting white, the lights throw pink because the backfill color defaults to red if you close the app. Even looking at the share tab that other people have set up, the white throws pink color. Been in touch with the company quite awhile ago and sent pics of the diy issue and they told me they are working n it but to date haven’t heard anything back. Haven’t set up the front lights yet cause we don’t want to have to deal with this. Also haven’t set up the tree lights for the same reason or the carriage lights. Govee is supposed to be the best but not our experience at this point

Terrible- flicker or don’t work

Spent so much money on These and took my husband a long time to install. Have 2 peaks and to use splitter for them and they flicker and look terrible. Have had up for 6 months and some strings work and some don’t or flicker really fast. Couldn’t change or turn off from app and had to just unplug and not use them now. So disappointed we were so excited for these. Would definitely hire someone that uses other brand of lights next time.

This is not working out. We had someone install the lights. They will not connect to my WiFi, only one strand will light and some are falling down already. So we have had them over a week and the don’t work and not staying up. I am very disappointed.
