They look great. Installed them 3" from the wall for a sculpted look on the facia. Only thing to note is the sticky tape should not be considered a permanent solution even if they say it is :-) Mine came with screw in brackets in addition so I installed them permanently.
No need for the Pro model unless you need to cut and splice the light strings. I didn't so went with the cheaper Outdoor '2' version. This came with multiple extensions to use between strings if needed.
Nice lights. I hope they last a long long time.

The adhesive patches on about 6 of the lights let go shortly after being put up. Otherwise I really like the product. Only other suggestion is developing a "splitter" for one string to feed 2 or more other strings from a single point.

Lights are good. The clips are insufficient. You're going to have to buy additional, two-screw clips for this product to be "permanent outdoor lights".

The 3M sticky tape on the back of the lights is helpful for installation, but is not sufficient by itself. These lights have to be installed with clips. Govee used to provide clips that mounted over the light and covered both wires. Now, Govee only provides a single-screw wire clip. When the 3M tape fails, the light sags against the single-screw wire clip and it requires another trip up the ladder.
The quality of this product took a big dive when Govee decided to save money by not providing sufficient clips. Don't be fooled by the marketing that says the sticky tape is enough.
