I bought the permanent lights but a connector was factory defective. I sent pictures and order number to the support email with no results.

Earlier this year I bought my first 100' and got them installed. Wanted to see what they were really like. So now installing my second 100' so I can then see how many extensions I need.

One of the Best Investments I have Ever Made

I originally bought 2 100' boxes. After installing, I realized I could use an additional 50' section to complete my house. I cannot tell you enough how much I love these lights. They have been exactly what I have been looking for in an everyday light, holiday light, party light, etc. I bought the original Permanent Lights, not the Pros. These lights are so simple to use and install. I am not a fan of heights so I worked up enough courage to get on a ladder and walk across my roof. After installing, the app is so much fun to play with. It was a little difficult for me to understand but I am learning with the help from others in the Govee Facebook groups. This has been one of the best investments I have ever made.
