I recently purchased the Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro. I assembled and tested the lights before installing according to the directions. After these lights were installed they would not turn on. I have already tried contacting Govee twice through your web site. I never received a reply ,instead I was pushed to the side and ignored! Thank you for not helping. This was just the biggest waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

O deberían de agregarle un hoyo a un costado de cada luz cuando los fabrican así no tendrían que proporcionar soportes para cada luz, además deberían incluir al menos un conector para ir en dos direcciones

These lights DO NOT stick as advertised! I had to purchase a separate adhesive and use clips or staples to get these lights to stay. Lot’s of extra work and expense then advertised. The screws for the clamps the send are very small and difficult with a screw gun. Not impressed at all. With some extra work and some patients, I got my lights installed. Be prepared!

We absolutely love these lights. They transformed the look of our home. The installation was straightforward, the quality feels solid, and the app is incredibly easy to use.
The brightness and color options are impressive — whether we’re using them for holidays, game days, or subtle everyday accent lighting, they look great every time. Being able to customize schedules, scenes, and colors from the app makes them incredibly convenient.
Once they’re up, they’re out of sight during the day and look clean and professional on the house. At night, they really stand out. We’ve already had multiple neighbors ask about them. Highly recommend if you want a permanent lighting solution that looks great year-round.

The lights are amazing. The look really good. I have an older home so I had to put boards up under my eves to make them work. I also added brackets for the lights so I didn’t rely on the 3M stickers. The app could use some work. It’s not very intuitive. Once you watch a few videos on YouTube I’m figuring it out.
