Stopped working after a week.

The Govee outdoor lights are an exceptional choice for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor ambiance. These lights come with vibrant colors and customizable features that make it easy to transform your outdoor space for any occasion, from everyday gatherings to festive celebrations. The colors are bright, vivid, and can be easily controlled using the Govee app, which allows you to adjust brightness, colors, and even set up custom light patterns.
We’re really loving the lights and certainly as of right now (2 weeks post-install) no regrets. So many lighting scenes and color options and customizations to choose from. I read a review before buying these lights that helped me plan my installation I want to share: be prepared to use a cord-management U-bracket of some kind for each light. The lights come with a 3M sticker on the bottom of the light that sticks to the soffit, but in my case (even after cleaning the soffit) they starting unsticking after the first day. So plan to add a small bracket (I used a bracket and drilled a 1” drywall screw to attach) for each light to anchor the lights.
After 8 days they quit working, 6 days before Christmas.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would you please unplug the power adapter of the product for 10mins and then plug it back in to check the issue?
You could also reset the device and see if it helps. Reset: when plugging in the device, hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset the device. Or you can re-download the app and try it.

The lights are very nice. Extremely easy to install once you get the mounts from another vendor. I had to add an extra outlet for the permanent install but overall a great install
