I was excited for these lights and they were great, until they stopped working. I had them installed because getting up to the roof was too high for us. They stoped working and Govee said they couldn’t ship us out a replacement or parts but refunded the money for the lights. However now I am stuck with permanent lights that don’t work. Huge waste of money and time. Very disappointing and I won’t buy anything from this brand again.

The lights worked for about three weeks, not the wires have shorts and do not work.

Love how they look and installed easily however within 1 week the lights stopped working and now only able to use half of the lights.
