Not not waterproof water tight

I have this 200 foot pro black version. I'm having issues with the extension cords not being waterproof or water resistant. I've been having glitching issues with strands not lighting up. I had an extra extension cord that came with the lights and I switched it out and the section started working again Little disappointed in that

Govee will not pair with my iPhone 15 or ipad

The Govee permanent outdoor light pro would be a great product if the app would only pair with the iPhone 15 or iPad. I do not have any Internet issues and I believe The control box is the issue. I am now contemplating returning this project for a full refund.

Great lights but needs better accessories

I absolutely love the pro outdoor lights. What I hate is that you can't get extra controllers. There is no reason for this. Separate zones or even a replacement for a lightning strike or power surge are valid reasons for them. All the forums complain about this.
